Without a postural anchor, you’re just a garden hose with leaks – leaks in potential speed. If you’ve ignored energy systems, how do you know the speed you’ve attempted is anywhere near your max. And without the intent to be fast, fast does not exist. In this program you will be given the tools to optimize your sprinting posture, implement strategic programming and ultimately foster the mindset you need to demonstrate your awe-inspiring speed.

For 3 months, I provide technical feedback via text/voice message on all relevant videos you send, and make ongoing adjustments to your program based on how you respond to the work. I also advise you more generally on recovery / lifestyle protocols as needed to help you get the most out of the work.
