During my time as an athletic trainer and student strength and conditioning coach for UBC Athletics, I used the pool as a tool post-game and during training camps to keep my athletes as healthy as possible. You will learn the methods I used in the pool, as well as current return to play protocols I recommend from the clinic.
An aquatic facility, public or private, will be necessary for this one. However, if you don't mind the cool, a sand-basin lake or ocean may come in clutch.

For 3 months, I provide technical feedback via text/voice message on all relevant videos you send, and make ongoing adjustments to your program based on how you respond to the work. I also advise you more generally on recovery / lifestyle protocols as needed to help you get the most out of the work.
